Dry whole peas — Specification

Abstract

This African Standard specifies the requirements and methods of sampling and test for dry whole peas
of varieties (cultivars) grown from Pisum sativum (L.) and Pisum sativum var. arvense (L.) intended for
human consumption. It does not apply to processed whole peas.
