Dried tomato — Specification

Abstract

This Rwanda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for dried tomatoes of varieties (cultivars) grown from Lycopersicon esculentum Mill and its hybrids, intended for direct human consumption or for other use in the food industry.
It applies to both dried tomatoes in forms stated in clause 4 of this standard and tomato powder.
